Ingredients

Scale
  1. 185g box Jell-o gelatin dessert powder – flavor of your choice
  2. 1 package 7.2g Knox unflavored gelatin powder
  3. ¼ teaspoon citric acid (optional)
  4. ¼ teaspoon corn syrup
  5. ⅓ cup room temp water

Kitchen equipment you’ll need:

  1. 2 silicon bear candy molds
  2. Cooking spray
  3. Spouted measuring cup

Instructions

  1. Combine Jell-o, gelatin and citric acid (if using)
  2. Add corn syrup
  3. Bloom the mixture
  4. Heat the mixture
  5. Let the mixture rest
  6. Spray some cooking spray over the candy molds
  7. Pour the candy mixture into the candy molds
  8. Allow the gummies to rest
  9. Dehydrate the gummies
  10. Store the gummies
