  • 1 package (3 oz) lemon or orange-flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and whole milk together until smooth and thick. Set aside.
  2. In a separate heatproof bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  3. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  4. Gently fold the prepared vanilla pudding into the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract for added flavor.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving cups or a large serving dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  8. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired.
