- 1 package (3 oz) lemon or orange-flavored gelatin (Jello)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and whole milk together until smooth and thick. Set aside.
- In a separate heatproof bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
- Gently fold the prepared vanilla pudding into the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract for added flavor.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or a large serving dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired.
