Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until well combined, ensuring you maintain a light and fluffy texture.
- Divide the mousse among individual serving dishes or glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or fresh berries, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, you can mix in a few tablespoons of cocoa powder or melted chocolate into the pudding mixture before adding the Cool Whip.
- The mousse can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
